Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted with IONOS. When you access the pages, IONOS automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, and time of the server request. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals, and it is not combined with other data sources.
Contact Form
If you use the contact form on this website, the data you enter – email address, first and last name, company, optionally phone number and role, as well as your enquiry – is sent by email to sven.ringling@hekima-advisory.com together with your IP address and the time of the enquiry. This email address is hosted with IONOS and may additionally be replicated to a local email client. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR, for processing your enquiry, or (f), legitimate interest in preventing misuse. To protect against automated spam, the form is secured using Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc.; in the process, technical data such as your IP address is processed in order to distinguish humans from bots.
Cookies
This website itself does not set any cookies for tracking or marketing purposes. The Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection on the contact form may set technically necessary cookies.
How long we store your data
Data submitted via the contact form is stored for as long as necessary to process your enquiry and any follow-up questions, generally no longer than two years, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
Who we share your data with
Your data is not sold, nor passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. Access to the data submitted through the contact form is limited to IONOS, as our hosting and email provider, and Cloudflare, as the provider of the Turnstile spam protection.
