Supporting innovation projects over time

I accompany an innovation initiative over months with a small, fixed share of my time - less than one day a week. For organisations building something new rather than running something existing.

Currently fully booked: in this area I am committed to Llotus.ai until further notice.

Some tasks cannot be solved in four hours, but do not need a full-time role either. For those, I accompany innovation initiatives in digital HR over a longer period with a small time commitment (max. 1 day a week), for example with providers of HR IT solutions and services, and especially where AI in an HR context plays a role.

What I do in these engagements

  • Product and solution design from the perspective of the people who will later implement and run it
  • Development, training and real-world testing of AI-supported solutions
  • Positioning within the SAP and SuccessFactors ecosystem: what fits together, what collides?
  • Sparring for product and founding teams that need HR IT depth without hiring it permanently
  • Strategic support for longer HR IT programmes at client organisations:
    • Keeping the goals in view
    • Managing scope and integration
    • Factoring in changes in the strategic context

Current engagement

Llotus.ai

I support Llotus.ai in developing their AI platform, which will radically accelerate implementation projects, evaluations and other large tasks in an SAP context. My role: input on further development, uncomfortable questions, training and real-world testing of the solution.

If you are interested in the solution, I am happy to make the introduction.

A topi antelope with its calf on the savannah
Young antelopes like these topi have to learn very quickly not just to walk but to run. For AI start-ups in the HR space it is much the same. And for antelope parents, as for founding teams, it is close to a 24/7 job.
