Typical topics
Examples from practice – the actual scope always grows out of your specific situation.
Workshop
Where do we go after SAP ECC end of maintenance?
Options, consequences, sequence. What has to be decided now, what can wait, and what does waiting actually cost?
Workshop
Is SAP SuccessFactors the right anchor for our HR IT strategy?
An honest comparison between your pain points and what the solution actually delivers, including the places where it does not.
Workshop
How do we develop AI in our SuccessFactors processes?
From Joule and genAI to a handful of use cases that hold up – start small, grow cleanly.
Sparring
For heads of HR IT and programme management
Monthly sessions to evolve your strategy.
Or the project status call “Are we on track?” – an early warning system rather than a post-mortem.
Review
A second opinion on a design or a project plan
A review of a target design, a tender document or a project plan. Uncomfortable questions included.
Workshop · Target picture
What does our target architecture look like?
We start by analysing your HR and IT goals. These then form the basis for defining a rough target architecture for your HR system landscape and how it connects to the wider landscape.
Examples
What an engagement looks like
Three patterns following the scheme starting question → format → result. No client names.
“Payroll, Quo Vadis?”
→ 4-hour workshop with HR IT and payroll
→ 4 options for payroll + 2 discarded + 1 favoured + fitted into the target landscape
“Getting started with HR AI on SAP?”
→ 2-hour workshop with HR and IT
→ review of status and plans + prioritisation + initial use cases defined + rough roadmap
“Are we on track?”
→ Monthly sparring with the programme lead
→ 3 risks made visible early and cleared + repeated re-steering to keep the target in focus + staffing continuously corrected
How it works
- 1 · A short introductory call, free of charge15 minutes: What is this about? Who is in the room? What should be on the table at the end? If I am not the right person, I will say so at this point.
- 2 · PreparationI analyse your documents, maybe add preliminary call, and propose an agenda and guiding questions.
- 3 · Workshop or sessionFacilitated, results-oriented, with clear decisions and named open points.
- 4 · The result, in your handsA compact write-up of outcomes and recommendations – not an 80-page report. Suitable to be picked up by your implementation partner.
If more is needed than I can deliver
My time budget for Hekima Advisory is deliberately very limited. If it turns out you need more support than your current partner can provide, I am happy, on request, to put together a proposal jointly with a partner.
That could be my employer ORBIS People, for example – a team that delivers digital HR with the full SAP solution portfolio, without the cost and inflexibility of the large system integrators. Or my client Llotus.ai, when it comes to using an AI platform for SAP projects. But I’m also happy to recommend other suitable partners or freelancers where that fits better.
